Fastmed was exactly that. It was fast and it made me feel better. I set up an appointment less than an hour before I came in and I only waited on the waiting room for a few minutes before I was called back. I was seen almost immediately by the nurse that was friendly and empathetic. Then less than 5 minutes the PA was in. She was great. She took her time to listen and evaluate and then came up with a plan to help me feel better. So far 24 hours later I am feeling better and thrilled with the fast care I received. I’ll be going back again if I need urgent care for sure.

Wow!! Probably the best urgent care experience I've had yet! Friendly people at the front desk, iPads to fill out your info and the nice lady who took my vitals was very professional and had a great bedside manner! The physician assistant Peter knows his stuff! I received a thorough look over, he took the time to explain my illness, the meds he is prescribing and how to take them as well. I will definitely be back!

I used to work in an Urgent Care so I understand how the nature of the business. All staff were courteous and conscientious of the acuity of cases and prioritized based on that instead of patient symptoms. I was approximately 5th in line after arriving at start of business day and waited for approximately 30-45 minutes as expected. This was my first time at this location and the registration was quick and easy. I felt the parking lot had enough spaces to meet the demand of the patient population and were located in a great area, with a pharmacy conveniently located adjacent to the clinic at the Safeway grocery store. I received my care consult and I had the opportunity to ask all pertinent questions. I left feeling better educated about the care that I needed and the medication regimen required to take care of my symptoms.

was here yesterday and I got seeing in 3 hrs then I'm here today I got worse today I got charged 145 each time and pscrbsion 177 so I spend 500 so far the crew today is better then yesterday I should went To ER. they shouldn't charged me again in 1 days I should went NextCare urgent care
